Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ Hot Tub Warranty

‘Hot Tubs built up to a high standard not down to a price’

The following warranties are offered by Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ and are for Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ hot tubs only. All Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ hot tubs are robust, strong and long lasting. This is reinforced by the unrivalled warranties that come with every Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ hot tub.
  • Lifetime Warranty# on ShoreCast™ shell – The ShoreCast™ shell is warrantied against the loss of water through failure of the shell caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for the lifetime* of the hot tub.
  • Lifetime Warranty# on ShoreSupport™ system – The ShoreSupport™ structure of the hot tub is warrantied against complete failure caused by defects in the material and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for the lifetime* of the hot tub.
  • Lifetime Warranty# on WeatherGuard™  cabinet – The WeatherGuard™ cabinet is warrantied not to split, crack, peel or splinter caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship employed during manufacture for the lifetime* of the hot tub.
  • 3 Year Warranty## on  ShoreCast™Acrylic Shell Surface – The ShoreCast™ Acrylic Shell Surface is warrantied against water loss caused by defects in the material and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing  process for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.   
  • 3 Year Warranty# on ShoreSet™  control system – ShoreSet™ control systems are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 3 years from date of purchase.
  • 3 Year Warranty# on WhisperPumps™ – WhisperPumps™ are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 3 years from date of purchase.  Excludes seals and gaskets.
  • 3 Year Warranty# on Hi-Flo™ Plumbing – Hi-Flo™ plumbing components are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used in the manufacturing process for a period of 3 years from date of purchase.  Excludes seals, gaskets, drain fittings and drain fitting pipework.
  • 1 Year Warranty# on other items– All other items (including but not limited to ShoreClear UV system, ShoreClean Ozone, Hydromax, heaters, audio, sensor, heat pumps and external pipework) are warrantied against failure caused by defects in the materials and/or workmanship used during manufacture for 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Consumable Items such as (but not limited to) seals & gaskets, filters, jets, headrests/pillows, fuses, light bulbs (including UV bulbs), LEDs, remote controls, steps, coverlifters and covers are warrantied to be free from defects at the time of delivery.
* All warranties are subject to correct use and maintenance (as per the latest manuals and guides), a Shoreline approved annual service/inspection (chargeable) and are defined in The Shoreline Hydrotherapy™ Hot Tub Warranty Document. # Excludes “E” models. The 3 year warranty applies to all new hot tubs sold from 1 September 2018 (2 year warranty previous to this date). ## The 3-year shell surface warranty applies to new hot tubs sold from 1 May 2024 (2-year shell surface warranty for hot tubs sold before this date).
